18 Jan 2017

The 11th Asiamold – Guangzhou International Mould & Die Exhibition is scheduled to take place from 1 – 3 March 2017 at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou, China. It will be held in conjunction with SPS – Industrial Automation Fair Guangzhou (SIAF). Together, the fairs will play host to over 700 exhibitors and utilise 65,000 sqm of exhibition space. More than 65,000 professional buyers are expected to source from the up-to-date and most in-demand mould making, die casting, metalworking, 3D printing and automation technologies.

Regarded by professionals as the annual event for Asia’s manufacturing-based industries, the fair has already attracted numerous industry-leading suppliers who are preparing to showcase their latest creations. One of the key highlights of the 2017 show is the 3D Printing Asia Zone. To date, more than 40 3D printing companies have confirmed their participation in the fair. Renowned companies including DSM, Esun, Farsoon, Prismlab, Soongon, Ureal and many others will be present to display their innovative additive manufacturing equipment and solutions.

Apart from the general exhibition, the show organisers are also putting together a strong line-up of fringe events for show participants to gain up-to-date market information. The second Guangzhou International Mould and Additive Manufacturing Technology Summit will be one of the key show events gathering some of the world’s leading industry experts worldwide representing Esun Industrial, Han’s Laser, Trumpf China and many other well-known companies. Over 40 sessions covering the latest 3D printing and moulding technologies will be offered. Additionally, the show organisers have partnered up with Renishaw: one of the world’s leading engineering and scientific technology companies that specialises in moulding, 3D printing and industrial robotic technologies; to host the first-ever Intelligent Manufacturing Workshop. The workshop will highlight the company’s total manufacturing solutions which incorporate the aforementioned technologies.

Apart from Asiamold’s 3D Printing Asia Zone, another key highlight of the 2017 edition is that new and returning pavilions will present the most in-demand industry technologies and solutions from around the world.
